Throughout the session, you observe thoughts and sensations without judgment, gently bringing your focus back to the chosen point of attention whenever the mind wanders. Various techniques, such as guided imagery, loving-kindness meditation, or body scans, may be incorporated to deepen the practice. Meditation sessions can range from a few minutes to an hour, depending on the individual’s preference and experience. The goal is to cultivate a state of mindfulness and presence, leading to reduced stress, enhanced emotional well-being, and greater mental clarity.
