A typical mindfulness session begins with a brief introduction and a focus on the breath, guiding participants to gently center their awareness. The session may include a variety of techniques, such as body scans, where attention is directed to different parts of the body to notice sensations, or mindful breathing, where the rhythm of the breath is observed without attempting to control it. Participants may also engage in guided imagery or loving-kindness meditation, aimed at fostering compassion and emotional balance. Each session concludes with a period of reflection, encouraging participants to integrate their mindfulness practice into daily life, promoting ongoing mental and emotional well-being.
